My4dresult Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of the my4dresult platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account or using any part of the my4dresult platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are advised not to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and my4dresult as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
The my4dresult platform is strictly for individuals who are of age 18 years of age and above. Registration by individuals below this age limit is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this requirement will be closed immediately.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full suite of my4dresult services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. my4dresult will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
During the account verification process, you may be asked to provide valid identification documents to fulfil identity verification requirements. This is a standard security measure put in place to protect all users on our platform.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a my4dresult user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Conduct that is strictly prohibited includes:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or while using the platform.
- Using any automated software, bots, or other methods to manipulate the system or gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions through the platform.
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality and security of the platform.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from my4dresult.
Any breach of the above provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances linked to fraudulent activity, and legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the my4dresult platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of payment methods, including online banking via FPX and approved local e-wallets.
Deposit Policy
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method. All deposits are subject to verification and may require additional confirmation based on the amounts involved. my4dresult reserves the right to reject or place a hold on any suspicious deposit.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for the chosen method. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method that has been verified and registered under the same user's name. my4dresult reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving large withdrawals, in order to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers are the user's responsibility and may be deducted from the amount processed.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limitations
My4dresult provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to technical disruptions, system failures, or unauthorised access by third parties.
Under no circumstances shall my4dresult's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, text, and graphics on the my4dresult platform are the exclusive property of my4dresult or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. my4dresult is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to such websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
My4dresult reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated any provision of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the my4dresult support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the established procedures.
Terms Amendments
My4dresult reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the procedures established under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
